There is a 120-character limit for the text customization. This is to ensure that the message is legible. We have the right to refuse a customization request if we feel it to be hateful, vulgar or derogatory. These charms are to inspire hope and happiness. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Buyer will pay return shipping costs. Charms customized with additional laser engraving will only be returned at our discretion if we feel the craftmanship or materials to be unsatisfactory.
